Survived another year of Lollapalooza. It rocked that we used the programming I did for the main entry:-)!

I'm actually tan.

Sometimes, you just need to sit in front of the air conditioning.

Maybe an actual update about the shows later.

Amazingly, just in time to finally write the 10 pg paper I've been putting off for waaaaaaay too long (ie months, and it's due tomorrow afternoon), I feel like being productive. Talk about timing. Plus, I'm out of things to do, clean, or catch up on. And I found a new favorite comfy place in the apartment for me and my laptop. I'm going to run with this while I've still got it.

it's a little mixed up but it still works

apparently i'm now in a mode of writing random entries only directed at 1 person...

lauren - so my roommate and i are still up right now and there's nothing on tv so it's time to flip through and see what's on randomly. do you know what mtv is showing until 4am? undressed. i remembered you talking about it way back, blah blah blah, found it hilarious and thought you might want to know.

i'm still cracking up.

Not a happy camper because of the weather. Or, should I say, lack there of. We're suppose to get this crazy ice/sleet/snow/rain storm and had a blizzard warning so my mom keeps calling me during the day asking me not to go to my concert. Josh Groban. I had tickets, was suppose to go but decided to be responsible and stay in because of the awful weather that she was worried I wouldn't be able to get home safely in. It is now after I would be home, and I see no blizzard. Just a light dusting of snow. There better be some serious ice under that snow because 3 years ago the concert was amazing so I can only imagine how this one was and I could've used an awesome night. The one time I actually listen to weather reporters... boo. I trusted them because the past 2 times we have had the crazy storms. Of course. Not the time I should be seeing Josh Groban. I miss GOOD singing. Hell, I miss not only listening to music. Tonight was suppose to fix that. This'll teach me to be responsible:-P

Um...
So, I'm working a rental at the Reskin, basically a mass band conference thingy with lots of presenters and clinics and the such.

And Barbara Reeder just walked in backstage. Apparently her kid is in the next middle school band clinic.

(This after running into Lynn at the Jeff Ceremony dinner).

Rendering doesn't suck nearly as bad as Drawing did. However, it takes a million times longer to complete. Seeing that yes, I am pulling an all nighter again (because last year it was due at 1pm this year it's 845am grr), but I put at least 8 hours, probably more like 12, into it before tonight. Not tired yet, hopefully it will hit after the world's longest/most information crammed test ever I have at 3. Thank god I'm prepped for that because otherwise I'd be freaking out. 2 hours to sleep, 2 to study/get binder together before that after Rendering.

Back to work.

Current Music: Josh Groban's new cd:-)
